We design and manufacture a wide range of standard and bespoke tooling to cover popular models of centreless grinding machine, and on submission of a component drawing will produce workblades and form bars to suit your machine.

We can also re-tip or re-grind used workblades to get them back to original condition; a service we can commonly offer with 24 - 48 hour turnaround.

We have developed new, low heat bonding technology for superior tip adhesion. The combination of this technique and our bespoke blend of sintered tungsten carbide has proven to increase tool wear resistance dramatically, and increase tool life by more than five times that of other manufacturers.
