Machine breakdown can be very costly both to production, and in turn relationship with the end user due to potential delay in delivery. Scheduling maintenance activities helps to ensure that production will remain high, and any more serious, long term potential problems with machines or ancillaries can be highlighted early. This means corrective action taken at a point which is convenient for production, such as during site shutdown, ensures continual effective operation.

Scheduled maintenance ensures the productivity of your centreless grinding machines is held at a high level by allowing us to service the machines either once or twice annually, depending on production requirements.

By doing this we are not only able to ensure machines are kept in full working order, but that any initial signs of long term potential problems can be highlighted.

On this basis we are able to generate a full service report with advisory comments, enabling serious issues to be addressed at a point convenient for production, before a more serious problem develops and the machine breaks down. This not only maintains capacity, but also helps in spreading and forecasting maintenance costs.

We also offer breakdown service, spare parts, training, tooling and abrasives to assist us in supporting all of your production requirements.

Please email service@ctmachinetools.com or contact us by phone on +44 (0) 1827 30 77 33 for more details of our scheduled maintenance packages, and how we can assist you in ensuring effective operation of your machinery.
