  Covering a wide range of fastener types, sizes and materials, we've worked closely with many of the largest aerospace fastener manufacturers in the world. This has given us an in-depth understanding of fastener production environments, and has led us to develop a line up of fastener specific grinder advancements to reduce cycle time and part change over. SIEMENS HMI COMPONENTS | Siemens offer a comprehensive range of HMI components, each of which we are able to tailor to suit specific operator requirements for customer requirements.

Covering both key screen and touch screen configurations from 8" to 19" sizes, machines can either be built with simple operator interfaces for minor machine adjustment by the operator, or more complex interfaces to allow programming of CNC profiles live at the machine.

It is also possible to network machines with Siemens controls to share component configuration data and historic production information, both with other machines and networked PCs.
