We run apprenticeship schemes in partnership with the local Tamworth campus of South Staffordshire College. These courses cover either mechanical or electrical engineering, and after completion of the varied NVQ level qualification will lead to employment in roles such as machine tool fitter, machine operator or electrician.

Full training over a wide range of subjects is offered both through the college and by working under supervision on live projects on the factory floor, resulting in a well rounded skill set, an enviable work ethic and a strong sense of achievement to accompany good rates of pay and an interesting career with many potential paths for future progression.
