As well as offering a wide array of multi-purpose part handling and automation equipment, which can be tailored for use on a variety of centreless applications, we have also developed our own line of loading and unloading systems for use on specific processes, such as the automatic fastener loader and dedicated bar handling systems.

Where available, all of our automation systems are fed through the machine control. This enables the load and unload of components to respond to real-time part cycle information as the grind cycle progresses for increased efficiency and optimum performance. Many of our systems are universal, and so can be adapted for use on many makes and model of machine without requirement for tool changes on different components.
